This 1,800 sq ft 2nd floor build out expands on South Broadway Country Club’s main floor space and features a custom bar, outdoor patio overlooking Tennyson Street, and a golf simulator. The millwork package is accentuated with white oak and brass inlays throughout the bar, screen walls and whiskey storage lockers.
