Evo Rock + Fitness Louisville represents one of Colorado’s most technically demanding ground-up climbing and fitness facilities, and BUILT. Construction delivered every square foot of it.
Set on a three-acre plot in Louisville, CO, the project centers on a pre-engineered metal building housing 24,000 square feet of purpose-built climbing and fitness space. The climbing infrastructure is the centerpiece — specialized walls rising over 40 feet, engineered to meet the exacting standards of serious climbers while remaining accessible to beginners and families alike. Technical training systems throughout the facility round out the climbing experience for athletes at every level.
Beyond the walls, Evo Rock Louisville offers a full suite of modern fitness amenities including a yoga studio, dedicated locker rooms, a daycare area, and a retail and customer service zone designed to support a thriving membership community.
BUILT.’s scope extended well beyond the building envelope. The team also developed the full three-acre site — coordinating irrigation systems, storm-water management infrastructure, landscaping, and parking to deliver a complete, move-in-ready destination.
