PROJECT SYNOPSIS
BUILT. installed metal panels manufactured and supplied by Flatiron on the exterior of this facility, and equipped the four-acre site with storm water systems, landscaping, and a parking lot designed for heavy truck traffic. The 32,000 sq. ft. space houses a front office with custom showroom and reception area designed and built in-house, as well as a warehouse with radiant in-floor heating that can be fired by a wood-burning pallet stove, a large production space, huge shipping and receiving area with truck bays, and integrated power systems to meet the needs of the metal presses.
