BUILT. retrofitted a pre-engineered metal building for Sticker Giant, one of Colorado’s fastest-growing custom sticker and label companies, transforming a raw industrial space into a high-performance hybrid facility that serves both their production operation and their growing team of employees.
The remodel centered on creating a modern, open-concept office environment within the existing PEMB structure. The new layout includes a fully equipped call center with fiber-optic internet capabilities, a dedicated control room, two full restrooms with showers, and a comfortable break room — amenities designed to support a company culture that takes care of its people.
On the production side, the project required a level of technical precision that goes well beyond standard commercial construction. BUILT. coordinated specialized equipment hook-ups throughout the facility, installed a new fire-sprinkler system, and upgraded the electrical service to handle the demands of state-of-the-art printing equipment. A glycol system and full HVAC installation round out the mechanical scope, ensuring the production environment stays dialed in regardless of Colorado’s seasonal extremes.
