PROJECT SYNOPSIS
This build-out features a custom 1,200 sq. ft. walk-in cooler fabricated in-house by BUILT. with energy-efficient insulated panels and polished concrete floors. The new space accommodates an expanded fermenter set-up, a new glycol loop and chiller, new bright tanks to serve the main bar, and a new canning line, in addition to high-efficiency LED lighting. The renovation quadrupled Copper Kettle’s production area and significantly increased their production capacity.
