Originally a maintenance garage / truck wash for a Butterball Turkey plant, this 8,000 sq. ft. double-tee concrete building features a 2,500 sq. ft. taproom with custom wall features, bar top, furniture, concrete sinks, patio railings, and tap trays and pulls. The production area is set up as a 10-barrel system layout optimized for future expansion. The facility also includes a 1,000 sq. ft. walk-in production cooler made of recycled insulated panels, a separate walk-in bar cooler recycled from the original plant, keg cooler, mill room, and auger.
