PROJECT SYNOPSIS
Spice Trade Brewing is a 5,200 sq ft renovation in the Denver Tech Center. The taproom’s finishes resemble an outdoor street market, which include American clay wall finish, reclaimed metal paneling and distressed wood accents. A 20’ overhead door opens to incorporate the large outdoor patio and interior taproom. The back of house features a full commercial kitchen and a 15 barrel brewhouse with custom built cold room.
