PROJECT SYNOPSIS
Raices Brewing, a 6,000 sq. ft. renovation in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood, is part of the “Steam on the Platte” development. The open concept taproom highlights the 100 year old restored barrel roof building, reclaimed wood carpentry, and cold rolled steel paneling. The west facing garage doors open for an indoor/outdoor patio, which overlooks the Platte river and makes for a memorable tasting experience. Additionally, the production area houses a 15 barrel brewhouse and custom built cooler.
