PROJECT SYNOPSIS
Partially a new build, partially a renovation of an existing facility, this expansion added a new shipping and receiving dock building and ramp that includes a three-stall semi-trailer dock with exterior heated concrete. BUILT. also added an integrated dock leveling system with roll-up doors to the refrigerated warehouse, as well as a custom insulated panel cooler, insulated offices for management and employees, and new utility systems to support the expanded operation.
