PROJECT SYNOPSIS
This 3,600 sq. ft. wood-frame office and retail building in Fort Collins, CO, houses a full-service coffee shop and retail store, office space, management offices, and workers’ lounge, all featuring recycled barnwood, locally-sourced beetle-kill pine, locally-sourced moss rock, and custom-made beetle-kill slab doors. BUILT. also installed High Definition Porcelain (HDP) tile and LVT flooring throughout.
