PROJECT SYNOPSIS
This pre-engineered metal building was previously used as a mechanic garage and the conversion to a laboratory and office facility included extensive upgrades to the thermal insulation to bring it up to current code standards, a perm-lateral liner in the existing sewer main, and new HVAC and electrical systems throughout the entire space. The finished laboratory features enameled steel cabinets, epoxy resin countertops, specialized air-handling equipment, a walk-in cooler, and a tasting room.
